Zucchini Bread Recipe
From The New Best Recipe Cookbook:
2 cups unbleached flour
1 pound zucchini
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup whole milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon juice from lemon
6 tablespoons unsalted butter - melted
